Refund Policy for Highgrounds BLVD Cannabis Club

At Highgrounds BLVD Cannabis Club, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our members. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are necessary, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all refund requests.
1. Membership Fees Refunds
- Monthly Membership Cancellation:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed for the current billing cycle.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, members must submit their cancellation request at least 7 (seven) days before the next billing date.
- Annual Membership Cancellation:
- Annual memberships can be cancelled within 7 days of the original sign-up date for a full refund. After this period, refunds for annual memberships are pro-rated based on the remaining months minus an administrative fee of 15%.
- Cancellation requests should be sent to Info@highgroundsblvd.com for processing.
2. Product Refunds and Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If a member receives a damaged or defective product, they are entitled to a full refund or replacement. The claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the product along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Once the product is returned and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Incorrect Products:
- In the event of receiving an incorrect product, members must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped, and any return costs for the incorrect product will be covered by Highgrounds BLVD.
- Non-Refundable Products:
- For health and safety reasons, certain products such as cannabis flowers, edibles, and concentrates are non-refundable and cannot be returned once they have been opened or used unless they are proven to be defective.
3. Refund Process
- Submitting a Refund Request:
To initiate a refund request, members must contact our support team at Info@highgroundsblvd.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Membership ID/Order Number
- Reason for the Refund Request
- Supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged products)
- Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request and any necessary documentation. Members will receive an email confirmation once their refund has been approved and processed.
4. Service-Related Refunds
- Service Dissatisfaction:
If a member is dissatisfied with any service provided by Highgrounds BLVD, they may request a refund within 14 days of the service completion date. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund or service credit.
- Technical Issues or Interruptions:
In cases where members experience technical issues or service interruptions that prevent access to their membership benefits, a partial refund or credit may be issued depending on the extent and duration of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Administrative and Processing Fees:
Administrative fees, processing fees, and any one-time setup fees related to memberships or services are non-refundable.
- Digital Products or Services:
Any digital products, downloads, or virtual services are non-refundable once accessed or used.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Chargeback Prevention:
We encourage members to contact our support team at Info@highgroundsblvd.com before initiating any chargebacks or disputes with their bank or credit card provider, as we aim to resolve any issues directly.
- Unauthorized Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of membership until the matter is resolved.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Highgrounds BLVD reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website, and members are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
